
Timing Local Events
In order to continue timing races we need your help!
We need about 8-10 people to time a race. Volunteers will typically show up about 1.5-2 hours before the race to set up the check-in table, finish line area, timing equipment and printer. When racers start to arrive, volunteers will check them in and hand out timing chips/bibs. During race, volunteers help to make sure timing runs smoothly. As racers cross the finish line, chips need to be collected. Once the last racer crosses the finish line, all equipment must be collected/taken down. Depending on the event and how smooth things go, one can expect to be there for about 6-7hours.

Events we Host
At this exact moment we host one annual event: Pass the Turkey.
We would like to bring back the Wilma Rudolph Run in June 2026 and will know as time goes on if we can make that happen or not! The amount of volunteers needed and roles will vary on the exact event. Please see below for more information and to sign-up to help.

Let's help keep Clarksville clean!
Every quarter we host a trash pick-up. We are currently in charge of about 2-miles worth of road located near Govenor's Square Mall. Please see below for more information and to sign-up.
