Dates to Remember!

Tuesday, August 10:   Speed Work, 7:00 p.m. at the APSU track.   Park behind the Foy Recreation Center.  

Tuesday, August 17:  CRC Meeting at 6:30 at the Front Page Deli.  ** Send all races you have run since the last meeting to Donna Pittman at pittmansfive@gmail.com for Race Recognition! 

Sunday, August 29:   Pub Run 5K at 3:00 at the Blackhorse downtown.    $5 if you want a beer at the end.   Register from 2:00 to 2:50.   If you don’t want to run, please come out and work a WATER STOP or REGISTRATION! 

Saturday runs in August: Bring your friends—all are welcome!

August 7:  Beachaven Winery, 6:30 a.m.  **13 weeks until the Clarksville Half Marathon**

August 14:  Rails to Trails in Ashland City, 6:30 a.m.   Meet at trailhead closest to Clarksville.

August 21:   Beachaven Winery, 6:30 a.m.

August 28:  Clarksville Greenway, 6:30 a.m.

Local Races:

·         R-3 is having an Anniversary Fun Run/Walk 5K on August 21.   Details at www.r3running.com.   Cost is only $5.   (No age group awards this year.)

·         Pub Run 5K on August 29 at 3:00
